Throughout October, in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, "foodies" nationwide can generate donations to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation by purchasing select KitchenAid appliances, taking classes at Art Institutes cooking schools in 19 cities, or throwing a dinner party with help from Gourmet magazine.

All three initiatives are part of Cook for the Cure®, a KitchenAid- sponsored program that has generated more than $2 million in donations to the Komen Foundation since its launch in 2001.
