Fandozzi joins Whirlpool from DaimlerChrysler Corporation. She will have overall accountability for driving profitable growth across the Cleaning category portfolio which includes dishwashers, compactors and sinks. Her appointment is effective immediately.

Fandozzi joins Whirlpool from DaimlerChrysler where she led global product marketing, development and strategy for Family Vehicles worldwide. Prior to that, she served as general manager, Product Planning responsible for overall product development within a multi-brand, multi-platform strategy. Fandozzi also held positions of increasing responsibility at Ford Motor Company. Earlier in her career, she gained significant experience in consumer marketing, product development and engineering at both McKinsey & Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Fandozzi holds a master of business administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; a master of systems engineering (MSE) from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania; and bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
