To highlight the flexibility and potential of the garage space for consumers, Gladiator® GarageWorks is currently running the "Alternative Users" phase of its "Unveil You Garage" sweepstakes at www.GladiatorGW.com.

Showcasing the various stages and challenges of garage organization during different phases of consumers' lives, Gladiator® GarageWorks' sweepstakes encourages people to take charge of their space and become organized. Alternative users or consumers in any phase of life are encouraged to enter the fifth and final prize drawing.

"In this economy, homeowners are looking to derive value from every square inch of the home and in terms of square footage, the garage is oftentimes the biggest room within the home," said Lou Ann Schafer, senior marketing manager, Gladiator® GarageWorks. "Homeowners are quickly realizing this and we're seeing a trend towards alternative garage uses such as home gyms, home offices, workshops or an extra family room."

Consumers may enter the sweepstakes at www.GladiatorGW.com to win Gladiator brand products that will help them on the path to organization. By signing up for the sweepstakes, consumers are automatically entered into three drawings including a weekly prize, a life phase sweeps which runs every six weeks, and a grand prize drawing in November 2009. Winners of the weekly and life phase sweepstakes win various Gladiator® GarageWorks organization products including hooks, bins, and gear boxes while the grand prize winner receives $2,000 worth of product of their choice to fit their lifestyle needs.

To increase their odds of winning, consumers can return to the Web site to register once a week. Additionally, for every referred friend who enters the sweepstakes the consumer's name will be entered again into the sweepstakes drawings.

The winner from the most recent life phase sweepstakes, Jennifer Boykin, has a full household with a husband, two young children and her parents living with her. "With a family of six under our roof, our garage is a hodgepodge of toys, clothes, sporting equipment and more. With the amount of clutter in the garage, we can only fit one car in our two-car garage, even though our house is fairly new," said the Mount Dora, Fla. resident who just purchased her home in 2008. She added, "Before entering this contest, I had no idea how easy it could be to organize the garage. I'm now looking to add flooring, a workbench and a garage refrigerator in addition to what we've won to complete a whole garage makeover."
