BENTON HARBOR, Mich., April 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) has been named one of Diversity Employers Magazine's (formerly The Black Collegian) Top 100 Employers for the Class of 2011. Whirlpool ranked No. 76 on the list.

The ranking is based upon the information more than 120 companies provided on their projected entry-level hires, campus recruitment activity, and the majors they plan to recruit for.
