The agreement includes a preferred vendor program that will recommend Whirlpool and Amana brands for new construction, rehabilitation and appliance replacement at all Greystar communities.

Whirlpool Corporation worked with Greystar's new web-based expense management program, OpsTechnology™ Spend Management Systems to ensure Greystar's processes remained efficient.
