BENTON HARBOR, Mich., June 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- How fast does someone have to be to leave someone else in the dust? Affresh™ Cleaners is looking to find the answer by giving athletes a second chance to win an entry into the sold out 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

Today, affresh™ Cleaners launches the "Who Do You Leave in the Dust?" challenge allowing runners to enter for another chance to compete in this fall's race. Runners can visit affresh.com to enter the first round of the contest from now until June 17.
The affresh™ Cleaners team will select at random 50 participants from the eligible entrants to be part of an exclusive six week challenge from June 25 – Aug. 6. Over these six weeks, affresh™ Cleaners will track the runner's progress online, selecting the top three winners to run for the charity of their choice in the 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The remaining 12 winners will be randomly selected from the participant pool. One lucky U.S. resident Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to Chicago for the race weekend.
As an official sponsor of the 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon, affresh® Washer cleaner helps runners leave their smelly washers in the dust. Athletes spend a lot of time in their workout gear, and when cleaning their athletic wear, they rely on their washing machine to go that extra mile.
On race day, affresh™ Cleaners will track the top 3 runners and donate $1 to the charity of their choice for every person that runner leaves in the dust up to $5,000.
Affresh® Washer cleaner helps keep washers running at peak performance and smelling fresh by reducing or removing odor-causing residue that can accumulate in washing machines, particularly when too much or the wrong type of detergent is used, or when they're not properly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.
Affresh™ Cleaners will be on-site at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Health & Fitness Expo and 27th Mile Post-Race Party from October 5-7, 2012.
