Offering a combined 57,000 BTUs, this powerful cooktop is designed to handle a range of cooking techniques from low to high-heat applications.  A powerful 18,000 BTU Dual-Stacked PowerBurner, located at the center of the cooktop offers two levels of flames for quickly boiling water, pan searing and stir-frying.  Additional burners on the cooktop include two 12,000 BTU burners and a 9,000 BTU burner.   A 6,000 BTU burner, optimized for heating small- or medium-sized cookware, can be lowered to 825 BTUs for low, gentle simmering.  When used with the included melt cap for shielding and diffusing the flame, this burner is ideal for melting chocolate, butter and other delicate ingredients. 

Available options include a flat bottom wok, wok ring, cooktop griddle, gas range connector kit, and a kit for optimizing performance at high altitudes. Currently available in both 30" and 36" models, the cooktops are priced at $1,699 and $1,799 respectively.
