BENTON HARBOR, Mich., June 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Jenn-Air brand's collection of luxury, high-performance Pro-Style® gas ranges is now available factory-set for LP gas.  Featuring powerful burners on the cooktop, true convection in the oven and an interactive 7-inch touch-anywhere LCD control panel, these ranges provide incomparable performance to handle a range of cooking techniques. 

"Those whose homes or geography require LP versus natural gas, can now select one of our Pro-Style® range models already set up for LP gas rather than having to convert a natural gas model," notes Jenn-Air marketing director Brian Maynard. 

Currently available, the new LP gas Pro-Style® ranges are available in 48", 36", and 30" configurations with a griddle option on 48" and 36" models.  Suggested retail prices range from $3,999 to $7,999.

Features found on the ranges in the Jenn-Air® Pro-Style® collection include a large 7-inch full-color touch-anywhere interactive screen that is easy to read, intuitive and simply activated with a light touch.  Rather than entering numbers to specify oven temperatures a touch-screen temperature slider allows for quick temperature selection.  A My Creations setting allows settings for favorite recipes to be saved for later use.  To take the guesswork out of convection cooking, an Auto Convection Conversion feature automatically converts conventional cook time and/or temperature from any recipe to the appropriate convection settings. 

A Dual-Fan MultiMode® True Convection System in the oven features a 1,200-watt oval heating element with two round fans for even heat distribution throughout the oven cavity.  Six different convection cooking modes including bake, roast and broil help deliver consistent results.

A high-performance, 1,320-watt chrome griddle, available on 36" and 48" model ranges, features a 3/8-inch chrome infused steel surface.  The electric griddle provides even heat distribution for precise results and can be easily cleaned to maintain its sleek appearance after use.

Additional premium features include sealed burners that prevent drips from entering the burner box and heavy-duty cast iron grates for consistent heat distribution.  If the flame is accidentally blown out by a draft an Electronic Ignition and Flame-Sensing™ Re-ignition automatically re-ignites the extinguished burner with a spark.
