The Corporate Equality Index is a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. The report evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
"We thank Adrian for joining us and truly value the support of partners like Jenn-Air, who help reinforce the importance of unity and inclusion by creating workplaces that put equality at the forefront," said PFLAG National's Jean-Marie Navetta, Director of Learning and Inclusion.
